Venue Information

We're currently building a list of local venues we can recommend to customers booking an AirPlay event.

For private events like birthday parties or other private hires, customers can choose to host an AirPlay Stadium at their own residence or book a public venue of their choice. Before selecting a venue, please make sure it meets the following requirements:

• A minimum playing area of 20 x 15 metres
• A flat surface, free of rubble or debris
• Access to a power supply
   

If you're considering a public venue—such as a sports hall or 3G pitch—these are ideal for setting up an AirPlay Stadium. Just make sure to inform the venue that a third party will be managing the event before finalising your booking. If you need help with this, feel free to reach out to us in advance.

Also, please ensure the booking allows for 1 Hour of setup time before the event begins, as well as 1 hour after for taking down the equipment.

For AirPlay-hosted Events and Clubs, all venue details will be provided within your booking information.
