If booking a public venue, please book an additional 30 minutes venue hire at the beginning and end. This allows our team the time needed to set the Stadiums up in time for the beginning of the event, as well as take down at the end.
For private venues, please ensure we have access 1 Hour before and after the Event, for set-up and take-down time.
Please ensure the playing area is a space of at least 15 x 20 metres
For group sizes of 16+, we suggest booking 2 Stadiums to maximise game time for everyone.
You'll be asked for the address of where you want the event held at checkout.
If you are hoping to hire our pitches outside of Brighton and the local surrounding areas, please reach out before booking so we can confirm if there are any travel costs involved.
For pitch hire bookings where an Event co-ordinator is not included, a damage deposit will be organised prior to set up. If an Event co-ordinator is included in your booking, a damage deposit will not be requested.
